Any and all materiel uploaded to HTTP Vault's server will not be copied or examined by the administrators of the server or by any third party under the knowledge of or permission from the administrators of HTTP Vault, except when law enforcement authorities contact HTTP Vault and provide proper search warrants. The files uploaded to HTTP Vault's server will not be offloaded from the server by the system administrator or other third parties except by law enforcement officials providing proper search warrants.

Any and all e-mails entered in the upload page will be used only for the purpose of altering the person who uploaded the file of the status of his/her uploaded file. The e-mail status messages will be limited to announcements of the successful upload of the file, a download of the file and when the file is removed from the server due to expiration of storage time or maximum download count has been reached. The e-mails entered into the upload page form will not be distributed to third parties. The e-mails entered into the upload page form will not be used by administrators of HTTP Vault for any financial gain.
